Information You Provide Us
We may collect your personally identifiable information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number. Web Site Usage Information & IP Address
Our web servers automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information related to usage of the Web Sites. This may include a user’s IP Address or information about traffic patterns on the Web Sites, including how many users log into the Web Sites on a daily basis. Our web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address, and when you request a page from the Web Sites, our servers log your IP address. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you're surfing the Internet. We collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration and to provide aggregate data to advertisers about the volume of use on the Web Sites.
We also use "cookies" on the Web Sites. A cookie is a small data file that our servers write to your hard drive for record keeping purposes when you visit them. Children and Privacy
We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children younger than the age of thirteen (13) on the Web Sites and we will delete any information later determined to be from a user younger than thirteen (13). FanFlash encourages parents and guardians to spend time with their children online, and to be fully familiar with the sites visited by their children.
Message Boards and Chat
While it is not currently the intent of this Site allow public information to be posted by users or to otherwise create a social networking option please remember, in the event such services are provided, that information posted to message boards and chat areas becomes public information. Use caution when posting.
To unsubscribe from our e-mail newsletters or other e-mail updates, please follow the instructions provided at the bottom of any such e-mails sent to you. We will process your request as quickly as we reasonably can, but it may not be possible to update our systems immediately.
